Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kestutis Budrys announced that he held a meeting with Mozambique’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Maria Manuela dos Santos Lucas.

Budrys said the meeting focused on strengthening relations between Lithuania and Mozambique, as well as exploring opportunities for cooperation in the fields of digital and financial technologies, life sciences, energy, and the digitalization of the public sector.

Emphasizing that Lithuania will continue to support international efforts to strengthen stability in Mozambique, Budrys said: “Lithuania is also committed to contributing to international efforts aimed at strengthening stability in Mozambique through our personnel serving in the European Union mission.”
