Israeli President Isaac Herzog said he held a telephone conversation with Bahrain's King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. During the call, the two leaders discussed relations between Israel and Bahrain, recent developments in the region, and the U.S.-brokered Abraham Accords.
Herzog said Bahrain is one of the Middle East's important countries and congratulated King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa on his leadership and vision for the region.
