Paris, October 17 (Hibya) - French President Emmanuel Macron stated that attacks on public institutions and businesses would not go unpunished, announcing that those involved in acts of violence would be prosecuted and punished.
French President Emmanuel Macron condemned attacks on public institutions, commercial businesses and municipalities in a statement.
Macron said those involved in acts of violence would be brought to justice and punished, expressing his support for security forces responsible for ensuring the right to demonstrate.
Macron called for unity against attempts to target institutions and prevent people who wish to express their demands peacefully from holding demonstrations.
