Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Former Ecuadorian Foreign Minister Maria Fernanda Espinosa, who is running for the position of United Nations (UN) Secretary-General, met with Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar.

According to a statement issued by Pakistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, during the meeting in Islamabad, Dar expressed his pleasure at welcoming Espinosa and reaffirmed Pakistan's support for strengthening multilateralism and preserving the United Nations' central role in addressing global issues.

Highlighting the need for reform within the United Nations system, Dar stressed the importance of the next Secretary-General implementing the long-discussed institutional reforms.

The Pakistani foreign minister also stated that implementing the long-pending United Nations Security Council resolutions on Palestine and Jammu and Kashmir is critical to achieving lasting peace in the Middle East and South Asia.

Dar affirmed that Pakistan remains committed to the purposes and principles of the UN Charter and will continue its efforts to strengthen respect for international law and international agreements, promote global peace, and enhance international cooperation.
