Saar issues condolences following the attack in Montreal
Jerusalem, June 23 (Hibya) - Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar issued a message of condolence following the attack that occurred in Montreal, Canada.
Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar said he was shocked by the attack that took place in Montreal’s Côte-des-Neiges district.
Saar stated that after the attack he spoke with Montreal Chabad Rabbi Mendel Raskin and conveyed his condolences to the family of Michael Moshe Mizrachi, who lost his life, as well as to the relatives of a Canadian police officer who was killed.
The Israeli Foreign Minister extended his deepest condolences to the victims’ families, the Jewish community in Montreal, and all Canadians mourning the loss.
