In his statement, Sybiha said, "I am grateful that you continue to draw the world's attention to Russia's relentless terror and the lives it destroys."

Sybiha stated that Russia continues its attacks on Ukrainian cities despite the Moscow government's statements about peace. He accused Russia of seeking to exert pressure while hiding behind promises of a ceasefire and emphasized that the international community must act together in response to this situation.
