Yeşilgöz-Zegerius: Putin continues to choose aerial terror this summer as well
Amsterdam, July 19 (Hibya) – Dutch Defense Minister Dilan Yeşilgöz-Zegerius reacted to Russia's escalating aerial attacks on Ukraine, stressing that all European allies should contribute to strengthening Ukraine's air defense.
Dutch Defense Minister Dilan Yeşilgöz-Zegerius described Russia's record number of ballistic missile attacks targeting Ukrainian cities as "a new low." She said that Russian President Vladimir Putin continues to pursue aerial terror during the summer as well.
Highlighting the vital importance of an effective air defense system, Yeşilgöz-Zegerius said: "A new low: a record number of ballistic missiles have been launched at Ukraine. Putin continues to choose aerial terror this summer as well. This attack once again underscores how crucial a strong air defense is!"
Calling for a united European response, Minister Yeşilgöz-Zegerius stated: "It is important that all European allies contribute to this effort."
