Zelensky: We will further strengthen our partnership with the United Kingdom
Kyiv, July 20 (Hibya) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky discussed strengthening the strategic partnership between the two countries and continued support for Ukraine during a phone call with UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham.

Zelensky said he congratulated Burnham on taking office as prime minister, adding: “I appreciate the firm commitment to continue supporting Ukraine and our people.”
Thanking Burnham for his condolences to the families of those killed in the latest Russian attacks, Zelensky said: “Ukraine and the United Kingdom have built the strongest partnership in the history of our bilateral relations, and we will continue working to strengthen it even further.”
Zelensky added that they had agreed to meet soon to discuss future cooperation, including work within the Coalition Against Ballistic Missiles, and thanked the United Kingdom for its continued support for Ukraine.
