Kazakhstan's Deputy Foreign Minister Yermukhambet Konuspayev received the credentials of Alimirzamin Askerov, the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Kazakhstan.

According to a statement by Kazakhstan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, during the meeting the parties discussed further strengthening bilateral cooperation in the political, trade and economic, cultural and humanitarian fields, as well as the upcoming calendar of events between the two countries.

The parties also exchanged views on current issues of cooperation between the two countries within the framework of international organizations.
