According to a statement by the Bulgarian Ministry of Health, the ministry is preparing a recovery plan for "Bul Bio - NCZPB" EAD to stabilize the company's financial structure and secure its long-term development.

The plan is based on the findings of an internal audit conducted in June regarding the company's operations and financial condition for 2025. The financial and organizational recovery strategy aims to safeguard public and state interests, strengthen the capacity of the national producer, and optimize production processes.

Following an analysis of the shortcomings and operational risks identified by the ministry's Internal Audit Unit, it was stated that the necessary measures would be introduced to ensure the sustainable production of products that are critical to the healthcare system and national security.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Health confirmed that it had received an official letter today from employees of "Bul Bio." The letter expressed concerns regarding the company's management processes and requested an independent investigation into possible conflicts of interest. The ministry stated that all allegations raised by the employees would be handled with the utmost care as part of efforts to improve management quality.
