Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Speaking at a joint press conference following his meeting with US President Donald Trump on the sidelines of the NATO Summit, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky commented on the course of the Russia-Ukraine war, the prospects for peace talks, and Ukraine's defense needs.

Zelensky stated that the conditions put forward by Russian President Vladimir Putin for peace are constantly changing, adding that he believes the Russian army has lost the advantage it held on the battlefield during the early stages of the war.

Zelensky said, "Frankly, I do not know what conditions Putin is putting forward for peace. Those conditions keep changing. He was stronger at the beginning of the war, but I believe he has now lost both the initiative on the battlefield and the initiative of his army."

Emphasizing that a war cannot be measured solely by the number of soldiers, Zelensky said technological superiority has become the decisive factor, adding, "What matters is not who has more soldiers. Technology is extremely important. We believe we have technological superiority and that we are moving faster in this field."

Zelensky acknowledged that Russia is also developing new weapons systems but argued that Ukraine is advancing more rapidly in technological developments. "We believe that, even if not entirely, the initiative has shifted to our side," he said.
