Ottawa, March 26 (Hibya) - Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney reiterated the importance of ensuring safe passage through the Strait of Hormuz.
Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney stated that Canada extended its condolences to the United Arab Emirates following the recent Iranian attack in Abu Dhabi that resulted in the deaths of two civilians.
Condemning Iran’s attacks on the UAE and the region, Carney said:
"We reiterate the importance of ensuring safe passage through the Strait of Hormuz. Canada supports efforts to protect international shipping and ensure freedom of navigation."
