Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Dar delivered a speech at the UN Security Council open debate titled “Maintenance of International Peace and Security.”

In his speech, Dar stated that the UN Charter forms the foundation of the international order, saying, “The UN Charter is not merely a legal instrument, but the moral foundation of the international order.”

Dar said that Pakistan’s commitment to the UN has been longstanding, noting that his country has contributed to peacekeeping operations and supported international cooperation.

Dar emphasized that disputes should be resolved through peaceful means and highlighted the importance of diplomacy.

Referring to developments in the Middle East, Dar called for de-escalation and a return to diplomacy.

Dar also addressed the Kashmir issue, stating that the problem remains unresolved despite Security Council resolutions.

Regarding Palestine, Dar stressed the importance of the two-state solution and affirmed support for an independent Palestinian state.

Dar stated that “selective practices” in the current international system weaken multilateralism and emphasized that the UN-centered order should be strengthened on the basis of equality and respect for law.
