At the opening of the Security Cabinet meeting, Netanyahu made assessments regarding the military operations in Lebanon.

Netanyahu stated that the operations are being intensified in line with the instructions of the Defense Minister and the Chief of Staff.

The statement noted that the Israel Defense Forces are operating on the ground with large-scale forces and maintaining control over strategic areas.

Netanyahu said that the security zone is being reinforced in order to ensure the safety of northern settlements.

He also stated that new nationwide solutions are being developed against explosive-laden drones and expressed support for commanders and soldiers in the field.
