Ukrainian Foreign Minister Sybiha announced that EU foreign ministers will gather in Kyiv on March 31.

Sybiha stated that EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas is also expected to attend the meeting, adding: "This date carries symbolic meaning. We will commemorate the painful anniversary of the Bucha massacre and reaffirm our determination to hold Russian perpetrators accountable for this and other atrocities."

Sybiha noted that the coincidence of the meeting date with the anniversary of the Bucha massacre has symbolic significance and that the commitment to holding those responsible accountable will be emphasized.
