The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that three Hezbollah headquarters in southern Lebanon were targeted following alleged violations of the agreement and attacks against Israeli forces in the security zone.

In a statement, the IDF said the Air Force struck the targets overnight in the Nabatieh and Meifdoun areas. It said the attacks were carried out in response to Hezbollah's actions against Israeli soldiers operating in the security zone.

The statement also said that earlier in the day, troops from the Multidimensional Unit targeted a Hezbollah rocket launcher that the IDF said had been preparing to attack Israeli soldiers. "The IDF will continue operating to eliminate all threats against its forces and will not allow the Hezbollah terrorist organization to attack the citizens of the State of Israel," the statement said.
