Pakistan FM Dar discusses regional developments with Iranian counterpart Araghchi
Islamabad, April 19 (Hibya) – Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar and Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi discussed regional developments.
According to a statement by Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar held a phone call with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi.
During the call, current regional developments were discussed, and the importance of continuing dialogue and engagement to resolve issues was emphasized.
Mohammad Ishaq Dar stated that continuous dialogue and interaction are necessary to resolve existing issues as soon as possible in order to ensure peace and stability in the region and beyond.
The statement noted that the parties agreed to remain in close contact, and it was also decided that a phone call between the Iranian President and the Prime Minister of Pakistan would take place later that day.
