Pavel: Regions at socioeconomic risk concern the entire country
Prague, April 23 (Hibya) – Czech President Petr Pavel stated that socioeconomically disadvantaged regions are not limited to certain areas but concern the whole of Czechia.
Czech President Pavel made assessments regarding regions at socioeconomic risk. He emphasized that such regions are not confined to specific settlements but are an issue affecting the entire country.
Pavel noted that the country’s success also depends on the development of regions with fewer opportunities or those located far from the center.
He stated that these areas are not without a future but require more attention and long-term support.
President Pavel highlighted the importance of cooperation among the central government, local administrations, educational institutions, employers, and other stakeholders. Through such cooperation, an environment can be created where people want to live, work, invest, and raise children.
Pavel also stated that conferences addressing these issues aim to bring together different stakeholders.
