According to a statement issued by Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the State of Qatar condemned Israel's ongoing attacks on Lebanon, the expansion of the occupying army's ground incursion into the country, and the targeting of civilians.

These actions were described as a dangerous escalation and a violation of the sovereignty of the Republic of Lebanon and the international order based on humanitarian rules.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs called on the international community to fulfill its responsibilities by ensuring that the Israeli occupation authorities halt their attacks on Lebanon, respect international agreements and laws, and fully implement United Nations Security Council Resolution 1701.

The statement also reaffirmed the State of Qatar's longstanding support for the Republic of Lebanon, its unity, sovereignty, and territorial integrity, while emphasizing support for all efforts aimed at strengthening Lebanon's stability and prosperity.
