Qatar participates in event commemorating victims of genocide against Palestinians
Doha, October 18 (Hibya) - Qatar participated in an event held in Cairo in cooperation between the General Secretariat of the Arab League and Palestine's Permanent Mission to the Arab League to commemorate the victims of genocide against Palestinians, particularly in the Gaza Strip.

According to a statement from Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the event took place on October 18, 2026, and was organized by the General Secretariat of the Arab League in coordination and cooperation with Palestine's Permanent Mission to the Arab League.
The Qatari delegation at the event was headed by Sheikh Jassim bin Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al-Thani, Qatar's Ambassador to Egypt and Permanent Representative to the Arab League.
