Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha made statements regarding the humanitarian assistance provided by the State of Qatar and the strategic partnership potential between the two countries.

Emphasizing Qatar's role in mediation and humanitarian support, Sybiha said, “During our meeting with Maryam Al-Misnad, I thanked the State of Qatar for its concrete assistance in the return of Ukrainian children deported by Russia.”

Sharing his assessments on regional security threats and bilateral cooperation, Sybiha stated, “We discussed Ukraine's role as a security partner for Qatar and our bilateral cooperation in the face of Iran's security threats to the Gulf and the Middle East.”

Inviting the Qatari official to Ukraine, Sybiha added, “We also discussed further development of bilateral contacts between our states. I invited the Minister to visit Ukraine at a convenient time.”
