Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha shared his country’s position regarding tensions in the Middle East and the targeting of civilian infrastructure.

Reacting to the attacks, Sybiha said, “Ukraine strongly condemns the recent missile and drone attacks by Iran targeting civilian infrastructure in the United Arab Emirates.”

Expressing solidarity with the people of the UAE, Sybiha stated, “We stand in solidarity with the United Arab Emirates and its people. These attacks are unacceptable and undermine regional and global security.”

Emphasizing solutions and international security, Minister Sybiha added, “We call for de-escalation and diplomacy. Ukraine consistently opposes all acts of aggression and supports efforts to strengthen international security.”
