Trump: Relations between China and the US will be better than ever
Beijing, May 14 (Hibya) - United States (US) President Donald Trump made remarks on bilateral relations during his meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.
Trump stated during his meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping that they had known each other for many years, saying, “You and I have known each other for a long time now. In fact, we are among the presidents who have had one of the longest relationships on behalf of our countries, and that is an honor for me.”
Expressing his satisfaction at being together with Chinese leader Xi Jinping, Trump said, “It is an honor to be with you, an honor to be your friend. The relationship between China and the US will be better than ever.”
