The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) announced that around 11,000 Palestinian staff across Gaza continue to support communities in need every day.

In a statement, UNRWA said its staff continue their work despite the enormous challenges faced in the region and dwindling resources.

According to the statement, UNRWA staff provide people in need across Gaza with healthcare, education, psychosocial support, as well as water and sanitation services.

UNRWA emphasized that the work carried out by its staff continues to be “a lifeline” for people across Gaza.
