Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said he held a meeting with Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, during which he briefed her on the current situation in Ukraine and Russia's ongoing attacks.

Speaking about his meeting with his Italian counterpart and the military situation on the ground, Zelensky said: "I informed her about the situation in Ukraine. Russia continues to attack our cities and communities. Today, there were once again ballistic missile strikes and attack drones were launched."

Drawing attention to the severe impact of the attacks on civilians and the loss of life, Zelensky stated: "Sadly, people were killed in Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Kherson. Russia took the lives of five people. My deepest condolences to their families and loved ones."

Elaborating on the military cooperation discussed during the meeting and Ukraine's air defense needs, Zelensky said: "We discussed the future of our joint efforts to provide greater protection against ballistic missiles in Europe—for both Ukraine and every European country. We talked about the need for additional interceptor missiles, and we place great confidence in continued support. Italy has always helped protect lives in a principled manner. Thank you."
