Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese reacted to campaigns targeting Victoria Premier Jacinta Allan.

Albanese stated that dismissive and degrading attitudes toward women should be rejected by society regardless of political views. His remarks came after campaigns reportedly aimed at Victoria Premier Jacinta Allan.

In his statement, Anthony Albanese said, “No matter who you support in politics, degrading, objectifying, belittling, or hurting women is completely unacceptable.”

Regarding the campaigns targeting Jacinta Allan, Albanese added, “The sexist campaign directed at Victorian Premier Jacinta Allan is disgraceful, and the people behind these materials should withdraw them immediately.”
