Dr. Ahmed bin Hassan Al Hammadi, Secretary-General of Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, met with the UAE Ambassador to Qatar.

During the meeting held in Doha, cooperation relations between the two countries and steps to further develop these relations were discussed. The parties also reviewed various issues of mutual interest.

In a statement issued by Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it was noted that the meeting included "a review of cooperation relations between the two countries and ways to support and strengthen them."

The statement also indicated that the parties discussed a number of topics of mutual importance.
