In his speech, Aliyev wished the citizens a healthy and peaceful life and emphasized the importance of raising children in the spirit of patriotism.
During his address, he said: "Raise your children in the spirit of patriotism. Let them carry love for the Azerbaijani people and the state in their hearts. If necessary, although I believe that will not be necessary, everyone should know that the 'Iron Fist' is in place and will remain in place."
