Anand: We are taking the Canada-Brazil partnership to the next level
Sao Paulo, July 15 (Hibya) – Canadian Foreign Minister Anita Anand co-chaired the 5th Canada-Brazil Strategic Partnership Dialogue in Sao Paulo together with Brazilian Foreign Minister Mauro Vieira.
Canadian Foreign Minister Anita Anand announced that she co-chaired the 5th Canada-Brazil Strategic Partnership Dialogue in Sao Paulo with Brazilian Foreign Minister Mauro Vieira.
Anand said they aim to take the 85-year relationship to the next stage, noting that annual trade in goods and services between the two countries has exceeded $17 billion.
The talks focused on Canada-MERCOSUR negotiations, strengthening defense cooperation, and expanding cooperation in science, technology, and environmental protection.
