Berendsen voices support for International Criminal Court
Amsterdam, August 20 (Hibya) - Dutch Foreign Minister Tom Berendsen met with International Criminal Court President Judge Tomoko Akane.

In a statement following the meeting, Berendsen said he appreciated Akane’s leadership and emphasized the importance they attach to close cooperation with the International Criminal Court.
Recalling that the Netherlands is the host country of the International Criminal Court and one of the Court’s States Parties, Berendsen stressed that his country continues to support the Court and its work.
