Ottawa, June 21 (Hibya) - Canadian Foreign Minister Anita Anand announced that she will travel to Panama for the General Assembly of the Organization of American States.
Canadian Foreign Minister Anita Anand announced that she will travel to Panama to lead the Canadian delegation at the General Assembly of the Organization of American States (OAS).
Anand stated that she will deliver Canada's national statement at the General Assembly, hold meetings with regional partners, and discuss regional security, economic growth, and climate resilience at a meeting co-chaired by Canada and CARICOM. She also noted that the situation in Haiti, as well as regional issues such as sovereignty and democratic governance, will be on the agenda.
