Emphasizing the country's strategic investments and the purpose behind establishing the Major Projects Office, Carney said, "Highways. Ports. Mines. Energy infrastructure. Canada is building big things. That's why we created the Major Projects Office: to help projects that will transform our economy move forward faster."
