Carney: We discussed housing and Francophonie Summit preparations in Ottawa
Ottawa, July 14 (Hibya) – Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney said he discussed housing projects, support for flood victims and preparations for the 2028 Francophonie Summit with Ottawa Mayor Mark Sutcliffe.
Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney announced that he met with Ottawa Mayor Mark Sutcliffe.
Carney said they discussed efforts to build more housing across the city, support for those affected by the recent floods, and preparations for the 2028 Francophonie Summit.
Carney also thanked Mayor Sutcliffe for the meeting and wished him a happy birthday.
