Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar stated that women diplomats play an important role in strengthening peace, dialogue, and international cooperation in Pakistan and around the world.

Highlighting the professionalism and leadership of women diplomats, Dar said, “I am particularly pleased to see the growing number of women officers joining the Pakistan Foreign Service and successfully representing our country across the globe.”

Dar emphasized that the achievements of women diplomats inspire young girls and noted that greater participation of women in diplomacy and public service is important for the country's future.

He added that investing in women's education and leadership is critical for a more peaceful future both for Pakistan and globally, stressing that women's empowerment is a strategic priority.
