Dutch Prime Minister Jetten: There is no place for antisemitism in our country
Amsterdam, March 13 (Hibya) – Dutch Prime Minister Rob Jetten condemned the attempted arson attack on a synagogue in Rotterdam, emphasizing that antisemitism and violence against religious minorities will never be tolerated in the country.
Dutch Prime Minister Rob Jetten made a statement regarding the synagogue attack in Rotterdam at the opening of his weekly press conference.
Taking a firm stance against hate speech and acts of violence in society, Jetten said: "I want to state very clearly that there is no place for antisemitism in our country. There is absolutely no place for intimidation, hatred or violence against any religious minority."
The press conference also addressed the introduction of basic disability insurance for freelancers, projects aimed at strengthening the Netherlands' sustainable earning capacity, and an assessment of last week's developments related to Iran.
