Israel's Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a written statement saying that attacks from Iran are continuing.

The statement said: "The Iranian terror regime continues its attacks against Israel through its Hezbollah proxy from Lebanon; these attacks have continued even during ceasefire periods. Iran has now escalated the situation by directly attacking Israel. Iran is targeting Israeli civilians by launching missiles from its own territory and through its terrorist proxies in Lebanon and Yemen, forcing millions to seek shelter in bomb shelters. Like any responsible country, Israel is defending its citizens."
