Pezeshkian: Has human conscience died in some world leaders?
Tehran, April 16 (Hibya) – Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian criticized Israel’s activities in the region and the double standards applied through nuclear programs, calling for a return to universal moral principles.
Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian drew attention to civilian deaths in Iran and countries across the region.
Emphasizing that humanitarian values must be protected, Pezeshkian said: "I advocated returning to the Golden Rule of Islam, Christianity, Judaism, and human conscience: 'Do not do to others what you would not want done to yourselves' — a universal principle openly violated by the Zionist regime."
Referring to contradictions regarding nuclear weapons and regional attacks, Pezeshkian stated: "While one regime possesses nuclear weapons, is war being waged against an entire nation because of its peaceful nuclear program? Scientists in Iran, Iraq, and Syria fell victim to assassinations, and children were killed in Minab."
