Belgian Foreign Minister Maxime Prevot issued a message of solidarity with Poland following an armed attack in the Polish city of Krakow, expressing support for those affected by the incident.

Expressing deep sorrow over the attack, Prevot said, "My thoughts are with the victims, their loved ones and the emergency services working to assist those affected by the incident."

Prevot urged Belgian citizens in the area to carefully follow the instructions of local authorities. He also stated that Belgian nationals concerned about their loved ones or in need of assistance could contact the Belgian Embassy in Warsaw.

Prevot concluded his message by saying, "Belgium stands in solidarity with Poland."
