Qatar's Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, met with Abdulhamid Mohammed Dbeibah, Prime Minister of Libya's Government of National Unity.

During the meeting, held on the sidelines of the World Investment Forum (WIF) in Doha, the two officials discussed opportunities for cooperation between Qatar and Libya, steps to develop bilateral relations and the latest regional developments.

During the meeting, Qatari Prime Minister Al Thani emphasized his country's firm support for Libya's territorial integrity and the Libyan people's aspirations for stability and development. Al Thani also reaffirmed the State of Qatar's full support for Libya's political process, relevant United Nations Security Council resolutions and peaceful solutions that respect the country's sovereignty.
