Russia to participate as observer in 63rd session of UN Human Rights Council
Moscow, September 7 (Hibya) - The 63rd session of the UN Human Rights Council will be held in Geneva from September 7 to October 7. Russia announced that it will participate in the session as an observer and work to overcome conflicts and advance constructive dialogue on human rights.

In a statement issued by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it was announced that Russia will participate in the session as an observer.
