Sybiha: We honor the memory of all victims killed
Kyiv, April 8 (Hibya) - Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha made a statement on the occasion of the 32nd anniversary commemoration of the genocide against the Tutsi people.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha shared a commemorative message on the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of the genocide against the Tutsi people.
Stating that they honor the memory of the victims, Sybiha said, “Ukraine stands together with Rwanda and the international community at the commemoration of the 32nd anniversary of the genocide against the Tutsi people. We honor the memory of all victims who were killed.”
Emphasizing that Ukraine honors the victims of the genocide against the Tutsi people, Sybiha, referring to the situation his country is facing, said, “Ukraine, which has survived the Holodomor genocide and is now facing Russia’s genocidal aggression, deeply shares the pain of all peoples who have experienced such tragedies.”
Calling for unity from the international community, Minister Sybiha stated, “We urgently call for international unity to ensure that such atrocities never happen again and to act decisively against genocidal propaganda that incites such crimes.”
