Tajani condemns antisemitic attack in Sofia
Rome, August 4 (Hibya) – Italian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani issued a message of support for a group of Italian Jewish youths who were reportedly attacked and threatened at a hotel in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. Tajani condemned the incident, describing it as “another act of antisemitism.”

Describing the incident as “another act of antisemitism,” Tajani said: “I condemn this new example of antisemitism. This form of hatred and discrimination must be fought and eradicated.”
Tajani also expressed his support for Italy’s Jewish community, stating that he stands with Victor Fadlun, President of the Jewish Community of Rome, and the Jewish Community of Rome.
