Fletcher highlighted the impact of the attacks on civilians, saying: “I stayed in Kyiv last night as another wave of major attacks struck. Homes. A hospital. A school. At least 15 people were killed and more than 30 injured. A glimpse of the reality for so many people living through this war.”
