Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met with vocational college students during his working trip to the Rivne region and emphasized the importance of practical professions for the country’s future.

Drawing attention to the link between economic development and the army’s struggle, Zelensky stated: “Our Armed Forces are doing everything so that Ukraine can live and develop, especially economically.”

Expressing his gratitude, Zelensky said: “For this, all practical professions are needed, both now and during the future reconstruction process. I thank everyone who has chosen this path.”

Zelensky noted that common goals were discussed with representatives of the education and business sectors during the visit, stating: “Together with students and business managers who help them find jobs after graduation, we discussed training specialists and expanding vocational education.”
