Netherlands addresses nuclear safety issues at IAEA General Conference
Amsterdam, September 15 (Hibya) - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands announced that nuclear safety in Ukraine, safeguards related to Iran's nuclear program, and the safe and sustainable growth of the nuclear sector were discussed at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) General Conference held in Vienna.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands reported that issues related to nuclear safety were assessed as part of the IAEA General Conference held in Vienna.
In a statement, the ministry said that nuclear safety in Ukraine, safeguards related to Iran's nuclear program, and the safe and sustainable growth of the nuclear sector in the Netherlands and worldwide were on the agenda.
The statement also noted that cooperation among countries continues in support of peaceful nuclear applications.
