Pakistan Foreign Minister Dar holds talks with Maldives Foreign Minister Adam
Islamabad, July 11 (Hibya) - Pakistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with Maldives Foreign Minister Dr. Iruthisham Adam.

According to the statement, Dar congratulated his counterpart Adam on the upcoming 61st Independence Day of the Maldives. Regional and international developments were also discussed during the conversation.
The statement said that Maldives Foreign Minister Adam appreciated Pakistan's mediation efforts regarding the dispute between Iran and the United States. The two ministers reaffirmed their shared commitment to further strengthening friendship and cooperation between Pakistan and the Maldives and agreed to maintain close contact.
