Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a statement that Russia continues to target infrastructure and elements that support daily life.

Zelensky said a Shahed drone struck the Pivnichnyi Bridge in Kyiv, while a vessel in Chornomorsk was targeted by a drone.

Zelensky said Ukraine had carried out strikes over the past 24 hours, using its long-range capabilities, against targets serving Russia’s war machine. He noted that, in addition to targets in the Samara region, positions of Russian forces using Iskander missile systems in the Bryansk region were also struck.

Zelensky said new results had also been achieved in the Black Sea, thanked the units responding to the attacks and called on Russia to “stop the senseless escalation.”
