The ministry stated that on August 6 and 7, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) facilitated the safe transfer of the released individuals to the Congo River Alliance/March 23 Movement (AFC/M23) under the Detainee Release Mechanism signed in Doha in September last year.
