Sybiha said the final farewell was held for Poland's great son and Ukraine's great friend, Marek Rusek-Wolski. He noted that Rusek-Wolski was a Polish volunteer who helped Ukraine defend itself against Russian aggression and was killed in a drone attack in Kharkiv.

Expressing condolences to Rusek-Wolski's family and loved ones, Sybiha said: "We extend our deepest condolences to his loved ones, family and friends. We share their grief and sorrow. This is a terrible and irreparable loss."

Highlighting the volunteer's spirit of solidarity, Sybiha stated: "Mr. Marek proved through his actions that solidarity is not an abstract slogan but a concrete action and a tangible contribution. When the tragedy of Russian aggression struck Ukraine, he did not remain indifferent. He repeatedly drove humanitarian aid to Kharkiv and supported its people."

Sybiha concluded: "He did it out of the goodness of his heart. It was his choice to do good and help people, and we will never forget it."
